Orders and Payments

Samples

Before you confirm your order, we create sample invitations and announcement cards in your chosen paper and card to help you make your decision.

Deposits

Once you have made your decision, on any product order, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total value of the order.

Drafts

Drafts will be created for all products and you will be asked to approve the draft(s) before they are submitted for final printing. You will receive these drafts electronically or in hard copy as appropriate.

Recipient Names and Addresses

You will be asked to complete an Excel Spreadsheet with details of all your invite/announcement recipients. Spelling and accuracy of names and addresses is the Client's responsibility.

Payments

Full payment on all orders is required on delivery of the products. Payments can be made via direct bank transfer (details will be given on your Order Form), in cash or by credit card via the secure online service Paypal. If you chose to pay via credit card, you will receive an email from us requesting the payment with full instructions as to how to make your secure payment online.

Cancellations

Cancellations of orders made prior to production of your stationery and photographic items will incur no further charge than your non-refundable deposit. Production start and completion dates will be agreed with you when you place your order. Cancellations by the Client after the agreed start date will incur the full cost of any stationery or photographic items created prior to the time of cancellation. Cancellations by the Client after the agreed completion date will incur the full cost of the entire order.

If for any reason, we cannot deliver your order by the agreed completion date, we will advise you of the revised completion date and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund including your deposit. If you choose to proceed with the order, we will discount the cost of the items we fail to deliver by the agreed completion date by 10%.

Changes to orders

Changes to orders made prior to production of your stationery and photographic items will incur no further charge. Production start and completion dates will be agreed with you when you place your order. Changes to the order by the Client after the agreed start date will incur the full cost of any stationery or photographic items created prior to the time of cancellation along with the cost of creating new items. Changes to the order by the Client after the agreed completion date will incur the full cost of the entire order along with the cost of creating new items.

If for any reason, we have to change your order, for example due to your chosen paper or card being unavailable, we will offer you alternatives and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund including your deposit. If you choose to proceed with the order using alternative products, we will discount the cost of your order by 10%.
